mindbodyspirit2Since I was a kid, I truly wanted to change the world. My desire to help others and tremendous compassion and empathy are a gift for certain; they developed as I watched my mom, a city nurse, slowly fade away over the first 9 years of my life.
Today, with my 28 year history as a licensed Physical Therapist (OSU graduate), recent Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from The College at St. Scholastica, Personal Training and Youth Fitness Instructor Certifications, as well as a lifetime of teaching fitness and conditioning classes, I can help those in need of my services to the best of my ability.

I felt that I could offer optimal programs for my patients and clients if I incorporated holistic nutrition to the mix as well. I believe that we are what we eat; like individual chemistry sets, we are affected by the food we eat, our environment, as well as our ever fluctuating emotional and physical health. shutterstock_1124840512
