Without a Plan, Dreams Can’t Materialize
If you want to succeed with your wellness, health, fitness, and life goals-HAVE A PLAN! Many dreams never come to fruition because there isn’t a plan-or perhaps there are no strategies to help the plan move forward! With no strategies, we can flounder about and get drawn into time-wasting habits. Additionally, and most importantly, we need to be supported in our efforts by positive, encouraging people.
Who are your primary supporters in life? Can you make a list of the people who build you up instead of hold you down? Consider seeking out and surrounding yourself with like-minded, 1/2 full-type people in your life!
Consider a 30-day detox or purge! Getting rid of unwanted feelings, fears, habits, or toxic people can be just the action-step you need to move toward your goals.
Take time to consider what’s holding you back. I mean, really take some time. Write your thoughts down regarding your dreams, plans, traps and influences-then set a new plan in motion!
